【摘要】 目的 研究玄驹益肾通络片对风湿痹症的预防与治疗作用，为临床应用提供依据。方法 动物:选用Wistar大鼠和昆明种小鼠，以弗氏佐剂、琼脂及乙酸造成关节炎和疼痛的动物模型;药物与分组:阳性对照组，服用市售通络开痹片;玄驹益肾通络片设高、低两个剂量组;空白对照组，服等量生理盐水。观察各组药物对关节炎动物模型足爪容积、肿胀度、肿胀抑制率及对疼痛模型小鼠的镇痛效果。结果 玄驹益肾通络片对佐剂性关节炎原发病变的关节肿胀具有明显的抑制作用，用药1周的肿胀抑制率低剂量组为35.18%，高剂量组为82.27%，阳性对照组为85.34%;对佐剂性关节炎继发病变具有预防和治疗作用，预防用药7天的肿胀抑制率低剂量组为33.48%，高剂量组为52.0%，阳性对照组为52.29%;治疗用药15天对关节肿胀的抑制率低剂量组为57.51%，高剂量组为72.08%，阳性对照组为64.64%，以上各项指标各用药组与空白对照组比较差异有非常显著性（P<0.01）。对琼脂致大鼠关节炎足爪肿胀有明显的抑制作用，在致炎后3h对肿胀的抑制作用最明显，其抑制率低剂量组为46.8%，高剂量组为54.3%，阳性对照组为54.9%，其抑制作用可维持5～6h。能明显减少乙酸致腹痛引起小鼠的扭体反应次数，对扭体次数的抑制率高、低剂量组分别为58.3%和50%，阳性对照组为66.6%，与空白对照组比较差异有非常显著性（P<0.01）。结论 玄驹益肾通络片对大鼠佐剂性关节炎、琼脂性关节炎及乙酸致小鼠腹痛的扭体反应有较好的肿胀抑制和镇痛作用。Rci中华儿童肾病网

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Ant Yishen Tong luo Tablets on prevention and treatment of arthralgia in order to provide the clinical evidence.Methods Wistar rats and Kun Ming mice were used.The animal model of arthritis and ache were made with Freund’s adjuvant，agar and acetate;The positive control group was gavaged with Tongluo Kaibi Tablet purchased from the local drug store;Ant Yishen Tongluo Tablets group was diˉvided into two subgroups as high and low dosages;The control group was gavaged the same amount of saline.The efˉfects of the drugs on foot cislume，swelling degrees，swelling inhibit ory rate and pain-relieve were observed and recorded.Results Ant Yishen Tongluo Tablets has a significant inhibitory effect on primary focus of Freund’s adjuˉvant induced arthritis.The swelling inhibitory rate in the firstweek was35.18%in low dose subgroup and82.27%in high dose subgroup and85.34%in positive control group.The results showed the prevention and treatment effects on secondary lesion of Freund’s adjuvant induced arthritis.The swelling inhibitory rate was33.48%for 7day-prevenˉtive treatment in low dose subgroup，52.0%in high dose subgroup，52 .29%in positive control group;The swelling inhibitory rate for15day-treatmentwere 57.51%in low dose subgroup，72.08%in high dose subgroup，64.64%in positive control group.There were statistically significant differences for the above parameters（P<0.01）between the control group and treatment groups.Besides，the drug showed significant inhibiting effect on foot swelling in the rats inˉduced by agar.The inhibitory effect was most obvious in3hours after inflammation took place.The inhibitory rate was46.8%in low dose subgroup，54.3%in high dose subgroup and54.9%in positive control group.The inhibitory efˉfect could remain5～6hours.Moreover，the drug can obviously reduce the number of the torsions caused by abdominal pain induced by acetate.The inhibitory rate for the torsion was58.3%in high dose subgroup and50.0%in low dose subgroup，66.6%in positive control group.There were significant differences between control and treatment group（P<0.01）.Conclusion Ant Yishen Tongluo Tablets have a significant therapeutic effect on ease-pain and swelling inhibition in adjurvant and agar induced arthritis in rats as well as on abdominal pain induced by acetate in mice.Rci中华儿童肾病网

玄驹益肾通络片是以野生大黑蚂蚁为主要原料，配以淫羊藿、蛇床子、枸杞子等温肾补阳、祛瘀通络中药组成的复方制剂，是在我们原研制的国家新药“复方玄驹口服液”和内部制剂“复方玄驹胶囊”的基础上深入研发而成 ［1，2］ 。在临床上治疗男性肾虚和风湿痹症方面具有较好的疗效。现将该制剂治疗痹症的药效学研究予以总结报告。
